Enquire about trainingAn audit establishes what is happening in a particular venue: where losses arise and what needs to change. Training develops your ability to analyse situations, make decisions and lead a team independently.
Training is available independently of an audit. After an audit, its findings can help select training topics, such as stock control, pricing or delegation. The scope and fees for the two services are agreed separately.
Training can use selected materials supplied by the participant. It does not include a full business review, operational observation or an audit report. If you need a diagnosis of the business, an audit is the appropriate starting point.
I deliver the training personally, drawing on more than 25 years in hospitality in Poland and the United Kingdom and my education in Business and Hospitality Management.
